Aged 50 years.

Much loved and loving Dad of Taylah, Abbie, and Cooper.

Lifelong companion of Mandy.

Beloved son of Alice and Michael.

Treasured brother, uncle, cousin and mate.

Following a private burial, a Memorial Service, to celebrate Phil’s life
will be held in the Carinya Chapel, Grant Avenue, Mount Gambier
on Thursday, 9^th July at 1pm.
