Adored Mum and Mother-in-law of
Denise and Terry, Jennifer and Les, Beverley, Michele and Allen.

Proud Nana and Grandma of 9 grandchildren,
16 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

A graveside service for Patricia will be held in the
Eucalypt Garden, in the Carinya Gardens Lawn Cemetery on
Tuesday, 18^th August at 10am.
