in Resthaven Aged Care Facility
on Monday, 12^th October 2026.
Aged 88 years.

Beloved husband of Gwen, for 64 years.

Much loved Dad of Graham and Tracey, Sharon and Paul, Bruce and Anna.

Proud Pa Jack of Luke, Gemma, Carlee, Emily, Sam, Jasmine, and Nate;

Great-Pa Jack of Macey, Demi, Kai, Nahla, Annie, Sonny, George, and Oscar.

Loved brother of Bonnie (dec), Peggy (dec), Jean,
Kitty (dec), and Betty (dec); and their families.

Remembered With Love.

A Celebration of Life for Jack will be held in the Carinya Chapel
in the Mount Gambier Crematorium Complex
on Tuesday, 27^th October at 1pm.
